Amillion Treasures Inc. Donation & Refund Policy

Amillion Treasures Inc. is a nonprofit organization. We are grateful for your support through donations, purchases, and participation in our programs. This policy explains how we handle donations and purchases made through our website (amilliontreasures.org) and mobile application (the “App”).
1. Donations
• All donations made to Amillion Treasures Inc., whether through our website, app, or other platforms, are voluntary and non-refundable.
• Once a donation is completed, we cannot issue refunds except in cases of proven error (such as duplicate transactions).
• If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us at donations@amilliontreasures.org within 7 days, and we will review the request.
2. Purchases (Courses, Ebooks, and Products)
• Digital products such as ebooks and courses are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once delivered.
• Physical products or merchandise (if offered) may be eligible for returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
• Shipping fees for returned items are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
3. Event or Program Fees
• Registration fees for nonprofit programs, classes, or events may be refundable if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the event date.
• After this period, fees are considered a contribution to support our work and are non-refundable.
4. Errors or Unauthorized Transactions
• If you believe your credit card or payment method was charged in error or without authorization, contact us immediately at info@amilliontreasures.org.
• We will investigate and, if appropriate, issue a refund.
