Amillion Treasures Volunteer Agreement

Thank you for choosing to volunteer with Amillion Treasures Inc.

We are honored to welcome you to a community of individuals who are passionate about kindness, faith, service, and community impact. By serving with us, you are becoming part of a mission that uplifts, encourages, and brings tangible hope to people in need.

 

This Volunteer Agreement outlines the responsibilities, expectations, and mutual commitments between you (the Volunteer) and Amillion Treasures Inc. Please read carefully before agreeing.

Mission and Conduct

As a volunteer, you represent Amillion Treasures and agree to:

    •    Support and uphold our mission, vision, and values in both word and action

    •    Demonstrate respect, kindness, and dignity toward all individuals, including fellow volunteers, staff, and the communities we serve

    •    Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude while participating in programs and activities

    •    Refrain from any behavior that is discriminatory, disrespectful, harassing, or harmful to others

Professionalism and Integrity

You agree to:

    •    Be punctual, reliable, and prepared for your scheduled volunteer commitments

    •    Notify the program coordinator promptly if you are unable to attend a scheduled shift

    •    Follow all instructions given by program leaders or team leads during volunteer activities

    •    Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and operational protocols set by Amillion Treasures

Confidentiality

In the course of volunteering, you may encounter sensitive information. You agree to:

    •    Keep all personal information about program participants, donors, partners, and fellow volunteers strictly confidential

    •    Not share stories, photos, or identifying information without express permission from Amillion Treasures leadership

    •    Obtain approval before posting any photos, videos, or content from volunteer events on personal or public platforms

 

Media & Photo Release

You grant Amillion Treasures permission to:

    •    Use photos, videos, and audio recordings taken during volunteer activities that may include your image, voice, or likeness

    •    Share this media on websites, social media, print materials, and other promotional platforms for organizational purposes

If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, it is your responsibility to inform the event coordinator in writing prior to volunteering.

 

Safety & Liability

You acknowledge and agree that:

    •    You are participating as a volunteer at your own risk

    •    Amillion Treasures will provide reasonable safety guidelines, training, and supervision

    •    You will follow all safety instructions and immediately report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to your team lead

    •    Amillion Treasures is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur while volunteering, except as required by law

 

Faith and Respect

Amillion Treasures is a faith-based organization. While volunteers are not required to share our beliefs, we ask that all participants:

    •    Respect the spiritual nature of certain activities such as prayer, devotionals, and outreach

    •    Avoid arguments, debates, or behavior that disrupts the mission focus of the program

 

Volunteer Status

You acknowledge that:

    •    You are serving as a volunteer and not as an employee, contractor, or agent of Amillion Treasures

    •    You are not entitled to compensation, benefits, or insurance coverage for your volunteer service

    •    This agreement does not create an employment relationship of any kind

 

Termination of Volunteer Service

Amillion Treasures reserves the right to:

    •    Reassign, suspend, or terminate volunteer service at any time if conduct is inconsistent with this agreement or the organization’s mission

    •    Decline future volunteer participation at its discretion

Volunteers may withdraw from service at any time but are encouraged to give notice so scheduling adjustments can be made.

 

Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By agreeing to this Volunteer Agreement, you confirm that:

    •    You have read and understood all sections of this agreement

    •    You accept the responsibilities and expectations of your role as a volunteer

    •    You release and hold harmless Amillion Treasures Inc., its staff, board, and partners from liability related to your volunteer activities, except as required by law
