And by faith even Sarah, who was past childbearing age, was enabled to bear children because she considered him faithful who had made the promise. (Hebrews 11:11)
Now the Lord was gracious to Sarah as he had said, and the Lord did for Sarah what he had promised. Sarah became pregnant and bore a son to Abraham in his old age, at the very time God had promised him. (Genesis 21:1–2)

The Lord was kind to Sarah. He did what he had promised. Sarah became pregnant and gave birth to a son for Abraham in his old age. The baby was born at the exact time God said it would happen. (Genesis 21:1–2)

Reflection
Hey Gems & Jewels;
Look at the life of Sarah, a woman whose journey of faith was refined through years of waiting, intense pressure, and human limitations. She carried the ache of an unfulfilled longing while growing older, facing circumstances that seemed to place God’s promise beyond her reach. Her story was not without doubt, impatience, or moments when she tried to bring about the promise in her own way. Yet God remained faithful, even when her confidence wavered. In His appointed time, Sarah experienced what she could never have accomplished through her own strength: the birth of Isaac, a reminder that His power is not limited by our weakness. Her life gently reminds us that faith does not always begin with certainty; sometimes it grows as we learn, through waiting, to trust the One who has promised
Sarah waited decades for the fulfillment of God’s promise. Along the way, she experienced doubt, heartache, and the emotional toll of unfulfilled hope. Yet, Hebrews 11:11 highlights the defining turn in her story: despite her age and physical impossibility, she judged Him faithful who had promised. God took her through the furnace of waiting and pressure, refining her perspective until her faith anchored solely on His character rather than her circumstances. At the exact set time, God fulfilled His word, bringing forth Isaac.
Under intense heat and extreme force beneath the earth, carbon is transformed into a diamond; the hardest, most brilliant gem on earth. In the same way, the seasons of waiting and pressure in your life are not designed to break you. They are refining you into a woman of unshakeable strength whose faith shines brightly in the dark. When you stand firm on God's promises, pressure only reveals the brilliance of His grace within you.
Life Skill Tip
