Reflection
Hey Gems & Jewels;
Today is Good Friday; the day we remember the sacrifice that changed everything. When Jesus spoke the words, "It is finished," He wasn't announcing His defeat; He was announcing His completion of the mission. In the original language, that phrase was often used in business to mean "paid in full."
Every debt we owed to sin, every shadow of our past, and every burden of our shame was nailed to that cross with Him. On the cross, the greatest transaction in human history took place. Jesus bruised, beaten, and broken in order to take our brokenness, and He gave us His wholeness. He took our guilt and gave us His righteousness.
The strength of the small is found in the "finished" nature of our faith. We don't have to work to earn God’s love or struggle to prove our worth. The work has already been done by the Lord. Because of this ultimate exchange, we can stand before the Father with confidence.
Today, as we reflect on the cross, let’s remember that whatever "unfinished" business we feel we have; guilt, regret, or fear; it has all been settled. We are free because He was bound. We are whole because He was broken.

Life Skill Tip
Practice The "Finished" Audit. Make a list of three things you’ve been "working" to fix in your own strength or guilt you’ve been carrying. Beside each one, write the words: "Paid in Full." Remind yourself throughout the day that you are not under the weight of those burdens anymore because of what happened on this day.
Declarations
The work for my redemption is finished and paid in full.
I am the righteousness of God through Christ Jesus.
I release all guilt and shame at the foot of the cross.
I am free to live a life of purpose and peace.
What is a Declaration
A declaration is a formal and confident statement of spiritual truth intended to align your spoken words with God’s promises, shifting your mindset and environment.

Prayer
Father, I am overwhelmed by the love You showed me on the cross. Thank You, Jesus, for taking my place and for finishing the work I could never do on my own. Today, I rest in the truth that my debt is paid and my soul is secure. I choose to live in the freedom You purchased for me with Your own life. In Jesus name. Amen.
