Reflection
Hey Gems & Jewels;
We have reached the crown of the foundation wall: the Amethyst. Throughout the entire text of Scripture, the number twelve carries a heavy, unmistakable weight of divine government, permanent structure, and administrative completeness. We see it reflected in the twelve tribes of Israel, the twelve gates of the city guarded by twelve angels, and the twelve apostles whose names are forever engraved into these very foundations.
Think about the architecture of this climb. God did not lay these twelve stones side-by-side on flat, comfortable ground; He stacked them one on top of the other. This that true spiritual promotion requires an intentional ascension. With every single layer you have conquered, you have been forced to draw closer to the raw presence of God. You cannot reach higher levels using the same shallow mindsets of where you started. The higher you climb, the closer you get to the consuming fire of the King, and that proximity demands that you shed every piece of baggage, pride, and compromise along the way. God is declaring that your season of being an unstable, easily shaken builder is officially over. He is locking you into a position of mature governance.
Standing on higher levels in Christ requires an absolute sobriety of mind. Which means that you have a mind that cannot be intoxicated by the praise of the world, nor paralyzed by the trials of life. When sudden heartbreaks, heavy family griefs, or intense professional strains hit your life simultaneously, an immature builder panics and watches their structure crack. But a mature leader looks through the lens of the Word. You recognize that the afflictions are real, but the structure beneath your feet is completely immovable, because your foundation is built on the word of God. You don’t lose your mind in the storm because your spirit is intimately anchored in the sovereignty of the Lord.
God has allowed you to survive trials, tribulations, and the many afflictions of your life, so that you can handle the weight of what He is about to build on top of you. It is time to stop viewing yourself through the lens of past battles or past losses. The Master Builder has verified your alignment, sealed your boundaries, and covered you in His royal authority. Stand tall and, maintain an uncompromised standard of integrity in everything you touch, and execute your daily assignments with the quiet, unshakeable confidence of someone who knows and trust the Lord.
